An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a major Defence-sector transformation programme delivering large-scale data, reporting and analytics capabilities within a complex multi-supplier environment.

 

We're looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager / Delivery or Project Manager with a background in data, reporting, analytics or business intelligence programmes. You'll be responsible for driving delivery across critical workstreams, coordinating stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring programme objectives are met within challenging timescales.

 

This is a fast-paced programme recovery environment and will suit individuals who thrive within large, complex organisations and can confidently manage multiple dependencies and competing priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across reporting and analytics workstreams
• Coordinate technical teams and multiple delivery partners
• Drive Agile ceremonies, planning and governance activities
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and programme leadership
• Track progress against key milestones and delivery objectives
• Support continuous improvement across delivery processes

 

Experience Required

• Agile Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead or Delivery Manager background
• Experience delivering data, reporting, BI or analytics programmes
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
• Proven experience within complex transformation environments
• Multi-team coordination and delivery leadership
• Agile methodologies and governance

• AWS analytics environments
• Pega awareness
• Defence or Government experience

 

Clearance Requirement

Candidates must hold valid SC Clearance from either:

• Current employment; or
• A previous assignment where SC has been active within the last 12 months
