The challenge  

CVS Group, one of the UK’s largest integrated veterinary services providers, appointed a new CIO to deliver a modern technology strategy and revamp its architecture. 

The transformation required balancing innovation with operational stability — planning for a leaner, future-ready operating model while keeping business systems running smoothly. 

During this transition, CVS needed urgent contract support and several key permanent hires to maintain momentum through a period of significant organisational change. 

Our approach  

Revoco partnered with CVS to provide fast, focused and sustainable recruitment support by:
