Our client is  a UK-based Salesforce consultancy that’s really making waves by helping organisations transform how they operate, sell, and grow. They work with big names in financial services, healthcare, high-tech, and even the public sector.

The Role

The role is Salesforce Technical Consultant. It’s not just about implementing Salesforce — you’d be leading complex, high-value CRM projects and really owning the technical relationship with clients. You’d work closely with the technical lead and delivery team to make sure projects run smoothly and deliver real impact.

What You'll be doing:
As a Salesforce Technical Consultant you will leverage your knowledge of Salesforce products features and limitations. Day-to-day, you’d be designing and delivering Salesforce solutions, making sure they meet client requirements and stay on time and budget. It’s a client-facing role, so strong communication and stakeholder management skills are key. You’d also need to be comfortable managing expectations under pressure — but in return, you get to work on some really interesting projects

What We're Looking For:
Must Haves:
• Previous experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant is essential
• Minimum 3 years experience working on Salesforce products, including Sales and Service Cloud as a minimum
• High Level understanding of Salesforce customisation and configuration
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must possess a strategic mindset, meeting and exceeding the clients requirements
• Must have ADM-201 Certification and at least one other consultant level certification

Desirable but not essential:
• Experience on Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Consultant)
• Previous experience working for a Salesforce Consulting Partner is also highly regarded
• Exposure to agile delivery methodologies.
• Background in financial services, healthcare, or high-tech industry is a plus
