Salesforce Technical Consultant

Our client is  a UK-based Salesforce consultancy that’s really making waves by helping organisations transform how they operate, sell, and grow. They work with big names in financial services, healthcare, high-tech, and even the public sector.

The Role

The role we’re looking to fill is a Salesforce Functional Consultant. It’s a hands-on position where you’d be working closely with clients to understand their challenges and design solutions that really make a difference. You’d be involved in everything from running workshops and gathering requirements to configuring Salesforce and supporting delivery

What You'll be doing:

We’re looking for someone with at least two years of Salesforce consulting experience, strong knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, and great client-facing skills. You’d need to be comfortable leading workshops and doing declarative configuration. A Salesforce Admin cert is a must, and if you have others like Platform App Builder or Sales/Service Consultant, that’s a bonus

What We're Looking For:
Must Haves:
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of core Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• Excellent client-facing skills and business analysis capabilities.
• Ability to lead workshops and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Experience with declarative configuration and platform automation.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (minimum).

Desirable but not essential:
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Consultant).
• Exposure to agile delivery methodologies.
• Prior consultancy experience
• Background in financial services, healthcare, or high-tech industry is a plus.
