Salesforce Developer

Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud | Fully Remote (UK)

A leading Salesforce Consulting Partner is looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their growing delivery team on a permanent, fully remote basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Salesforce professional who enjoys working directly with customers, contributing to solution design, and delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

The Role

You’ll work closely with Salesforce Architects and consultants to design, build and optimise scalable Salesforce solutions. The role combines hands-on Apex development with customer-facing consultancy, offering strong technical variety and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions

• Facilitate discovery workshops and scoping sessions with stakeholders

• Design, develop, test and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components and Visualforce pages

• Configure and customise Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud

• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or similar middleware

• Ensure data integrity, migration and quality across Salesforce environments

• Produce clear functional and technical documentation

• Provide ongoing technical support and optimisation recommendations

Required Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce Apex development

• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio) 

• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Experience building Salesforce integrations using APIs

• Lightning (Aura/LWC) experience desirable

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Technical Skills

• Apex, Visualforce, SOQL and declarative Salesforce configuration

• Marketing Cloud scripting (AMPscript and/or SSJS)

• HTML, CSS and JavaScript (modern frameworks beneficial)
