Salesforce CRM Project Manager
CRM Project Manager | Global CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
We’re looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to help scale customer engagement across multiple international markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and technology—leading CRM projects end‑to‑end, shaping the CRM roadmap, and driving the rollout of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and new communication channels.
What you’ll do:
• Own and deliver the global CRM project roadmap
• Lead multi‑market CRM initiatives from scoping to execution
• Build automated customer journeys and omnichannel CRM experiences
• Roll out new markets and new channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Push)
• Translate business needs into clear project and technical requirements
• Work with global/local teams, tech, marketing & commercial stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
• 5–7+ years in CRM, marketing technology or digital project management
• Strong experience with SFMC (salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional projects
• Journey automation, lifecycle and omnichannel CRM knowledge
• Strong communicator, structured, analytical, proactive
• Experience in retail/e‑commerce or multi‑market environments
