The role is actually titled as a "Lead", that is due to owning your particular workstream, so you can put your own stamp on things, it is not leading a team however. It can suit people with as little as 4 years experience.

 

The salary is 64K base with a 5% bonus (half of which is guaranteed, the other half, usually achieved) I appreciate more money can be gotten elsewhere, I still think these guys are great. fantastic environment and people. the candidates we've placed there are really engaged and sing its praises!

Hybrid - 2 days a week close to London bridge. (Some weeks may be one day)

 

You'll be working on some really interesting initiatives and have the below responsibilities

 

➡️Lead the delivery of analytical and machine learning workstreams,

➡️Uphold best practices in coding, documentation, reproducibility etc

➡️Occasionally mentoring more junior peers

 

They're pretty cloud agnostic, Azure would be great though. Looking for the below skill set:

 

✅Exp delivering applied data science or ML projects, including feature engineering, model selection, evaluation etc

✅Experience in translating business problems into analytical approaches, and designing modelling strategies.

✅Strong Python

✅Amazing if you have exp with a range of ML & agentic frameworks
