Enterprise AE
Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive
Location: London-based (remote work with client visits)
Salary: Up to £105,000 + Bonus
About the Company
We’re partnering with a leading Data & AI consultancy headquartered in Dublin, with additional teams in Portugal. Historically focused on the Irish market, the company is now expanding into the UK, with a particular focus on London.
The firm specialises in delivering enterprise data platforms, with core expertise in Snowflake and increasing focus on Databricks, ensuring vendor-agnostic solutions. Projects are large, complex engagements spanning data strategy, advisory, platform implementation, BI/analytics, and team augmentation, often evolving into multi-year partnerships with clients across regulated industries such as telecoms, media, and financial services.
The Role
As a London-based Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for UK clients, helping to establish the company’s footprint in the market. This is a newly created role, reporting into the commercial lead, with the opportunity to shape and scale the UK sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive enterprise sales of Data & AI consulting services, including new business development and partner-led opportunities.
● Build and manage relationships with CIO/CDO-level stakeholders in regulated industries.
● Collaborate closely with technical teams to design tailored solutions and articulate the value of complex data engagements.
● Leverage and grow partner ecosystem relationships, particularly with Snowflake and Databricks.
● Contribute to sales strategy, pipeline development, and long-term market expansion plans for the UK.
Who You Are
● Experienced in enterprise sales of data, analytics, or AI services (consulting-focused, not just SaaS product sales).
● Comfortable discussing technical concepts at a high level and working alongside delivery teams.
● Strong solution-selling and storytelling skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
● Familiar with partner ecosystems/alliances and how to leverage them for business growth.
● Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a remote/field-based environment during the UK expansion phase.
Why This Opportunity Is Unique
● Join a fast-growing consultancy at the start of its UK expansion.
● Work on complex, multi-year enterprise engagements rather than transactional software sales.
● Directly contribute to shaping the UK sales strategy and team structure.
