Job Title: Customer Success Specialist - Card Products

Location: London, 5 day's onsite p/w

Salary: £45,000

 

I'm looking for a client-facing Client Success Specialist to be the primary operational contact for my customers key business clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality support for card products, ensuring timely issue resolution, clear communication, and a premium client experience.

 

What You’ll Do:

● Serve as the first point of contact for all card-related queries (issuance, usage, limits, disputes, chargebacks, lifecycle events).

● Provide clear guidance on card functionality, controls, and usage.

● Build strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality support.

● Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues to internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product).

● Track cases to resolution, ensuring SLAs are met.

● Collaborate with internal teams to support card programme changes and service improvements.

● Contribute to FAQs, templates, and internal support processes.

 

What We’re Looking For:

● Proven experience in client support, ideally within fintech, card issuing, or payments operations.

● Understanding of the end-to-end card transaction lifecycle.

● Excellent problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

● Client-focused, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities.

● Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.

● Multilingual skills are a plus.
