Born a blonde, but now possessing a luscious head of dark hair (albeit a slightly receding hairline), Tim never grew up to be the policeman he had always wanted to be.  With family from Taunton and Bristol he grew up in Somerset attending the Kings of Wessex in Cheddar and going onto Swansea University to study Psychology where he secured a very reasonable 2:1 degree.

Deep in the recession of 2009, and after a short stint working for Peugeot, he was called upon to play rugby for his local club which meant interviewing for his first job in recruitment, and that is where it all began. He joined Sanderson Recruitment where he spent 7 years in Business Change and IT, recruiting for a number of disciplines and enjoying life in Bristol. Time for a change was well overdue and an opportunity to be part of something new and exciting couldn’t be ignored!

Outside of work, Tim has played Rugby from the age of 7 (and still going). Currently playing for the best club in Bristol, Old Colstonians! Growing up he played the drums and achieved Black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do.

Tim manages a number of our key accounts here at Revoco.

With a wealth of knowledge of the IT, Change and Digital recruitment sectors from his years of working in this space, Tim is equipped to deliver for his clients whatever their requirements.
