About me
I’m Sophie. My role covers everything from compliance, contracts and payroll to the small but important details that keep the office running smoothly – planning the social calendar, stocking the best snacks, and making sure the plants stay alive.
Before joining Revoco, I worked in TV as a Production Manager but was ready for a new challenge and a chance to bring my skills into a different industry. I love the variety here – no two days are the same, and that keeps things exciting and rewarding.
Naturally organised and a strong multitasker, I enjoy bringing structure and positivity to the team (always with a smile). From my very first week I felt part of the Revoco family, and the open, supportive culture makes coming to work genuinely enjoyable.
Outside work, I’m happiest spending time with my husband and son – whether it’s beach trips, coastal walks, live music or catching up with friends over coffee. As a proud Welshie, I still live in hope of Wales winning the Six Nations again soon!
