About me
Bristol born and bred, I grew up dreaming of becoming a professional footballer for my beloved Manchester United. Part of that dream came true, but injury had other ideas - so I swapped the pitch for the world of recruitment, where I’ve spent the last 20 years building a career I’m just as passionate about.
With more than a decade specialising across the Salesforce and Microsoft ecosystems, I’ve supported organisations at every stage of growth - from individual specialist placements to full-scale project delivery. Being involved in implementation projects has given me a deep understanding of roles, responsibilities and how the right hire can make or break success.
I’m also an active member of the Salesforce community, having spoken at and hosted events, and was proud to see a project I supported showcased at Dreamforce in the US.
Outside work, I live with my partner, play golf most weekends, and keep chasing the (probably unrealistic) dream of becoming a scratch golfer.
