About me
I’m a family man with an amazing wife and four kids. Most of my free time has been spent with them - standing in fields at horse competitions, watching rugby or hockey matches, or acting as their chauffeur to social lives far busier than mine. Now they’re a bit older, I’m slightly less of a taxi driver but still very much a horsey dad at weekends. And honestly, negotiating with clients feels easy compared to negotiating with teenagers.
Professionally, I’m approaching 30 years in recruitment and staffing, specialising in the technology sector. I’ve led businesses at board level, scaled operations from startup to £140 million turnover, managed teams of over 120 people, and supported several acquisitions. What truly drives me is solving people challenges that unlock business success, and I’m fortunate to do that across a range of industries.
What I do
At Revoco, I work with CIOs and Heads of Transformation under pressure to deliver change. The best technology alone isn’t enough - it takes the right people to build, implement and run it. My role is to help shape talent strategies, avoid common pitfalls, and create employer brands that stand out.
My approach is simple: listen, plan, deliver and enjoy the process. For me, it’s all about relationships - quality, trust and results.
