About me
I’ve been in recruitment since 2013, but my journey started earlier. After studying business and cutting my teeth in sales, I realised what I loved most was connecting with people. Recruitment became the natural next step, and over the last decade I’ve built a career around understanding businesses inside out and finding the talent that helps them grow.
For the past three years, I’ve been embedded at Moneyhub, playing a hands-on role in their scale-up journey. Watching the business double in size – and helping shape the hires, strategy, EVP and processes behind the scenes – has been a real career highlight.
What sets me apart is how I see recruitment: not as filling roles, but as solving business challenges. I focus on how each hire fits into the bigger picture, so every placement adds long-term value.
