About me
Originally from Bath, rugby has been a constant in my life – although the familiar phrase “one more year” is starting to be met with increasing scepticism as each season comes to an end. Alongside that, I’ve always had a passion for sport, the outdoors and, somewhat unexpectedly, technology.
My interest in tech started early, sparked by trying to work out how to connect an Xbox to my parents’ Wi-Fi without a cable or the password. That curiosity eventually turned into a career, beginning in IT support before going on to study Computer Science at university.
Tech recruitment might seem like an unusual path given my background, but it’s given me the perfect platform to stay close to the tech world while working with people. It allows me to combine technical understanding with problem-solving and relationship-building – which is where I do my best work.
What I do
I specialise in Technology and Change recruitment within the Investment Management industry. My technical background allows me to understand projects, challenges and environments in a way that goes beyond job specs and buzzwords.
I work best when there’s a real problem to solve, whether that’s supporting a programme under pressure or helping someone step into a role where they can make a genuine impact. My focus is on clarity, trust and building relationships that hold up long after the hire is made.
