Helo, fy enw i yw Chris – and yes, I’m proudly Welsh. Outside work, I’m happiest outdoors or spending time with family, friends, and my dog Pablo, who’s usually part of the adventure. Travel gives me perspective, fitness keeps me balanced, golf helps me switch off (most of the time), and food… that’s my real passion.
I’ve always been curious about people – what drives them, what challenges them, and how they grow. That curiosity led me into recruitment over 12 years ago, and it’s kept me hooked ever since. I’ve built deep expertise across the Data and AI space, covering everything from hands-on technical roles to senior leadership positions.
I like to keep things simple, honest and human – in business and in life. For me, recruitment isn’t a transaction, it’s about building long-term partnerships and helping people achieve their goals.
