Raised in Totnes, Devon - where ambition and commerce weren’t exactly the norm - I was keen to do things differently. That early drive to break the mould has shaped everything since. After starting my career in sales, I discovered what I really loved was connecting with people, solving problems and helping businesses grow - which made recruitment the perfect fit.
Over the past decade, I’ve built a career in Data and Analytics recruitment, carving out a niche and becoming a trusted connector within the community. I’ve supported clients and candidates across the full data spectrum, building relationships that often turn into genuine partnerships. Integrity, consistency and long-term thinking are central to how I work, and they’ve helped me stand out in an industry where many don’t last the distance.
Outside work, I’m still powered by that same drive - whether that’s cycling around the city or trying to beat my twin at squash (results vary).
