Revoco’s Refer a friend terms & conditions


Entrants must meet the eligibility requirements as specified in these terms and conditions.

Entrants must be permanent residents of the UK &/or EU and must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry (unless specified otherwise).

Any entrant must have freely given clear consent that their personal data can be used and that Revoco can hold such data.

Unless otherwise specified, entrants must enter using a valid form of entry – in this case, by entering online. Entries attempted via text message, email, telephone, automated systems or bots, computer scripts originating from outside of this website, any social media or other electronic messaging service, or from outside of the UK/EU shall be invalid and will result in the forfeiture of any prize.

If your entry is successful, you must provide an address within the UK or EU for delivery of the prize. We will not deliver to any address outside of EU member states & the UK.

Revoco reserves the right to ask for evidence to verify the age, identity and/or eligibility of an entrant at any time and to use any channels/methods available to carry out checks on any details provided. We may withhold delivery of a prize until we have received such evidence from the winner and are satisfied that the eligibility criteria are met. Failure to provide such evidence within 14 days of a request may result in forfeiture of the prize.


Entries for the referral scheme will only be valid if the person referred:

  • is not already registered with Revoco as a job seeker;
  • Has not been in contact with Revoco in regards to a prospective job search/vacancy in the past six months; and/or
  • is not already interviewing or in the process of securing an interview with a Revoco client

In the event of a dispute regarding whether the referred person was already registered, in contact, interviewing or in the process of securing an interview with Revoco, Revoco’s decision will be final.

If required for scheme entry, entrants must answer the question(s) or complete the task(s) specified.

Entrants may be required to provide their full name and contact details, including address and email address, or other method of contact (if applicable), and/or any other information as specified at the time of entering the promotion. This information will be held as per our privacy policy which can be viewed on our website at

We cannot guarantee that entries submitted by eligible residents of the United Kingdom, will be entered into any competition due to reasons outside of our control, including but not limited to, electronic technical issues.

Entries must be made by the applicable method(s).  Unless otherwise stated, the following shall apply to each entry method:

Web entry: Web entrants are required to follow the instructions on the website and to enter all required information to enter. By using this website, you agree to our privacy policy. We are not responsible for any costs resulting from your accessing the internet – such as, but not exclusive to, internet provider fees.

Entries will not be accepted if made through agents, third parties or on behalf of another person for any reason. Entrants must enter using their own genuine details only or their entry will be void.

Any entries which are incomplete, incomprehensible, incorrectly submitted, lost, damaged in any way, made or received after the closing date are invalid and will be discounted.

In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by entrants, or the operation of any part of the competition or prize draw service, networks or systems, the decision of Revoco shall be final.

The Prize

The main prize is as specified on the competition page and its published contents.

The prize is subject to availability and to winner ID and eligibility confirmation.

For a permanent role, the prize is subject to the referred person being placed in a job by Revoco, payment being received by Revoco for any invoice issued and for said person passing the client’s rebate period.

For a contract role, the prize is subject to the referred person being placed in a job by Revoco, payment being received by Revoco for any invoice issued and for said person to have worked a minimum of 3 months.

The winner is required to comply with all instructions and requirements specified in these terms or otherwise requested by us to receive the prize. Including but not limited to, providing responses within specified time frames, completing any required forms and delivering any required documentation. Revoco will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such instructions and such failure may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Revoco will endeavour to deliver the prize to the winner within twenty eight days from the date the invoice for the placement of the referred candidate is settled by the end client. If this is not possible, the prize will be delivered as soon as is reasonably practicable.

Revoco, the prize provider and their agents will not be liable where a prize has been lost, damaged or stolen during or following delivery and such prizes will not be replaced.

Winners will be contacted as soon as possible within the same week as their referred candidate is successfully placed. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner by email or phone. Should contact not be established, efforts will be made to locate the winner via our social media channels by requesting they contact us. Unless the prize is time sensitive, Revoco will continue to attempt to contact the winner over a 28 day period.

If contact is not established with the winner within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited.

Charitable Donation

We can donate to charitable organisations that are fully registered with either the Charity Commission for England & Wales, the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator, or the Charity Commission for Northern Island; or who are officially recognised by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) as a ‘good cause’.

Payments can only be made if we or our payment partner have the required bank details of the charity. In cases where no bank details have previously been provided or if the a payment has failed due to incorrect details, we will endeavour to contact the charity however we cannot be held responsible if the charity is uncontactable, declines to respond, or responds but declines to provide the required bank details.

When this happens, we will continue to hold the funds for as long as we see fit in case bank details are subsequently provided, however we reserve the right to make the donation to a different charity if we decide the bank details are not going to be forthcoming.

Manipulation and Fraud

Revoco is committed to operating this website, its competitions and draws in a manner which prevents abuse of its systems, as well as those of its partners, sponsors and prize providers. Any attempt to violate this commitment will result in disqualification from any and all future competitions.

An entrant will be disqualified if it is suspected that they have engaged in activity designed to undermine the integrity of the website or competition with an aim to manipulate the outcome of the competition.

An entrant will be disqualified if it is suspected any terms or conditions have been breached in any way.

An entrant will be disqualified if it is suspected they have engaged in activity designed to infringe upon the privacy of other entrants or website users.

An entrant will be disqualified if it is suspected that have used any form of automated software to enter a competition, even if such a use was not designed to manipulate the website, competition or to breach any terms or conditions.


Revoco cannot fully guarantee that the services relating to this scheme or any competition, including any published information, will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. These services may be suspended temporarily or permanently, and without notice in the case of any problem with any network or line, system, server, software, or for any other technical malfunction or failure. The website and competitions may be suspended for maintenance or repair or for any other reasons reasonably beyond the control of the website and competition operators. Revoco does not accept responsibility where all or any parts of the website or competition is modified, changed or discontinued due to issues of this nature.

Revoco is not responsible for any damage or loss caused to you which is not reasonably foreseeable when you enter a competition or use this website.

Revoco does not accept responsibility in the event that any entry is lost, delayed or not properly received, or for any incorrectly addressed or otherwise undelivered entries.


Information and data which is provided by you when you enter a competition is held in accordance with UK data protection laws and the GDPR, as laid out in our privacy policy. You agree that we may, without limitation, contact you if there is an issue with the service or if you have won a prize.

We will not pass on any personal details to any third party for any kind of marketing reasons under any circumstances.

By taking part in a competition, you agree that you consent to participate in publicity at the promoter’s request if you are the winner of a competition. You consent that Revoco (or any third party nominated) may in its sole discretion use the winner’s (and if applicable their companion’s) name and image and their comments relating to the prize for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media at any time, without notice and without any fee being paid.
