Systems Support Analyst – London - £35,000 - £45,000

Particularly focussed on a mixture of software and hardware support with a real focus on customer service and efficient support well communicated to the end-user?
I am working with an exciting business in central London who are looking for an IT Support Analyst that is interested in working in a broad and varied IT estate.
You will be comfortable fielding incoming support requests which will challenge you to support end-users on a mixture of software and hardware issues that may require some knowledge of software development. However, your predominant responsibilities will include:
- Fielding incoming support requests – strong written and verbal communication essential
- Thorough documentation of work in order to improve service delivery and maintain strong operational efficiency
- Oversee escalations – when passing on complex issues ensuring effective internal communications to senior analysts and supporting end-users as a point of contact going forward
- System testing and updates – deploying software and hardware updates ensuring that they do not cause disruption to systems or result in excessive downtime
