Onsite IT Support Engineer – Bristol - £30,000 - £35,000
Are you an experienced IT Support Analyst who enjoys field-based work?
I am working with a business in central Bristol who are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to operate as a dedicated site engineer across 6 sites in the Bristol area. You will be a proactive problem solver with an organised and methodical approach. You will be responsible for providing desktop support on a range of Windows, application and hardware problems.
This is a 2nd/3rd line support role with a particular focus on desktop, server and network support and administration.
Technology you would work with;
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- Windows Server 2012 / 2016
- MS Exchange
- LAN/WAN technologies incl. TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN
- Backup and Storage administration
- Mimecast/Sophos security package
You will be working for a professional services company who will provide extensive support to your role, offer funded training for skills gaps and training bonuses where applicable. Alongside a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 and up to 27 days holiday alongside a typical benefits package.
