Network & Infrastructure Engineer - £35,000 - £45,000 – Northampton

Are you an engineer with an equal passion for network and infrastructure support?

Do you want to work in a fast-growing international business that is continuing to invest in technology?

I am working with a fantastic business in Northampton who are looking for an experienced Network & Infrastructure Engineer to support them on some business-critical projects alongside maintaining their growing enterprise infrastructure.

Ideally, you will have extensive experience working with Cisco networks and Microsoft based infrastructure. Your skills and experience will include most (if not all) of the following.

  • MS Server 2012 onwards
  • Management and deployment tools – Intune/SCCM
  • Office 365
  • Azure cloud infrastructure including security technologies such as Security Centre & Sentinel
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCR, Group Policy
  • Cisco networking topologies including routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN
  • Scripting languages such as Powershell & Python
  • Industry qualifications such as CCNA/CCIE & MCP

This is an opportunity to join a fantastic team that are undergoing a real mixture of greenfield and brownfield projects alongside some BAU infrastructure administration and support. You will be a part of the realisation and adoption of a “cloud-first” approach – in particular, further utilization of Microsoft Azure.

As a senior member of the team, you will be involved in the mentorship of junior engineers and will require some travel and rotational on-call work. You will be able to work autonomously yet be engaged with the wider team on larger projects.

If this role sounds of interest to you and you are looking for £35,000 - £45,000 salary alongside free parking and a competitive benefits package then please apply or get in touch with Sam Doney at Revoco.
