Helpdesk Analyst / Senior Helpdesk Analyst
My client is a successful IT services business in Tamworth looking for a driven helpdesk analyst to support them on a growing workload after taking on some great clients. They are looking for a variety of experience levels to support them across a variety of responsibilities in desktop, infrastructure and network support.
As expected, a background in a helpdesk role will be necessary along with a problem-solving mindset, strong customer services and a clear telephone manner. The technologies that you will be working with across these roles include but are not limited to;
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- MS Exchange 2010/2013
- Windows Server 2008/2008R2/2012
- Citrix management and troubleshooting
- LAN and WAN network support
- Backup of server storage systems
