Role: Digital Service Manager

Salary: £40,000-£50,000

Location: Central London/South London

The role

A unique broadcast media brand with international reach are looking for a Digital Service Manager to assist in their HQ support and management. You would be making sure all essential processes are running smoothly, maintain the service catalogue, manage all 3rd party vendors and keeping track of the vendor’s KPI’s and OLA’s. You would be one of the central support figures at the organisation and design and transition new services into the Service Portfolio ensuring alignment to all ITIL processes.

About you

You will need to have solid experience in a service design and transition, ideally management. You will also need to have experience managing 3rd party vendors, and liaising with internal business stakeholders. Other essentials are;

  • Demonstrable skills and certification in best practices or methodologies such as ITIL, ISO20000
  • Proven ability to influence and build effective working relationships with customers, peers, and external providers
  • Ability to prioritise according to business strategy and relate IT solutions to specific situations and business needs
  • Strong Business and commercial acumen
  • A flexible approach to working life

About the package

  • Salary - £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
