Job adverts are easy to write.

You talk a bit about the company, list the technical requirements & make sure to mention how amazing your office dog is… sprinkle some salary expectations with a side dish of benefits package and voila!

Not a single application.

But why not? Mostly, job ads throw a list of responsibilities you’re fulfilling in your current job in the blind hope that you hate your colleagues enough to jump ship and do the same in pastures new?

Well we’re not doing that this time.

Why not?

You’ll be the master of your own destiny in this role.

It’s all about how you approach different challenges & what you think is the best thing for the job at hand.

If the following words don’t make any sense to you, it might not be right at all:

  • Zapier
  • Airtable
  • Typeform
  • Slack
  • Calendly
  • Asana
  • Clickup
  • Hubspot

This vacancy really is a blank canvas, with this mouthful as the main task:

“Develop a cloud-based interconnecting architecture across a multitude of applications that is both scalable and resilient with a particular focus on application communication and internal collaboration “

You won’t want to do that for any old creative house though. You’ll want prestige, and that’s exactly what these guys offer.

Here’s some more buzzwords that capture their employee offering:

  • Double digit growth – High performing!
  • Creative
  • Collaborative
  • Fast-paced
  • Enthusiastic
  • Progressive

Based in central Bath they want to revolutionise their operations systems by applying ever-evolving technology. A bit of a mouthful we know but trust us on this one don't want to miss out!

Sales pitch done – here’s the real stuff:

You will need some solid Business Analysis skills. You’ll need to fully immerse yourself in each division and document the current business processes with a view of presenting the “As is – To Be” and the art of the possible.

Then – you will work closely with the Directors to deliver real change into the business by utilising applications, applying process and innovating they way that they consume IT.

We’re not looking for someone who wants to stick in one product that solves every issue at once.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to learn the ins and outs of everything, making a conscious effort to understand the processes of a complex business and deliver the right solution and not the easy one.

The sprinkle

This role offers a salary of up to £55,000, pension, a gym, secure bike storage and a bar to boot!
