2nd Line Support – Bristol - £26,000 - £30,000
My client is a successful IT services business looking for driven IT support engineer to work onsite for an important client of theirs. They are looking for an experienced individual to support them across a range of responsibilities in desktop, infrastructure and network support.
As expected, a background in a helpdesk role will be necessary along with a problem-solving mindset, strong customer services and a clear telephone manner. Preference will be towards those who have worked in an MSP environment and the technologies that you will be working with across these roles include but are not limited to;
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- MS Exchange 2010/2013
- Windows Server 2008/2008R2/2012
- Citrix management and troubleshooting
- LAN and WAN network support
- Backup of server storage systems
You will be an engaging 2nd line support analyst with a background in well-rounded IT support, as you will be based on site for a client you will need to be able to represent the company effectively and professionally. Progression opportunity is plentiful and there is every opportunity for overtime should you desire it.
