Pranavya originally grew up in the beautiful coastal state of Kerala, India. As the eldest of the two siblings, she was the hyper-active one and used to love competing in lots of different sports.
After graduating University with a Computer Science degree, Pranavya decided she wanted to change direction to pursue her passion for working with people and not cutting code. This led her to go on to complete a Masters in Human Resources. After graduating in 2016, she launched herself straight into tech recruitment and has been helping tech companies grow ever since!
Outside of work, Pranavya is a keen classical dancer but is also regularly found cooking up a mean chicken curry! In true Revoco fashion, she's also a big dog lover with hopes of owning a Golden Retriever in the near future!
As Revoco's first fully-remote employee, Pranavya is part of our growing delivery team working on a number of Revoco's key accounts, sourcing those “hard to find” niche roles.
